Рекламное агентство GRAPE ищет талантливого амбициозного арт-директора.

Young or in your mid-30s, digital experienced or at least understanding how digital advertising works. All kinds of professionals are welcomed to have a talk with us. The only thing you must be strong at is a real love to visual communication, ideas generating and passion to do new something. Which, of course, requires a bit of extra personal resource and strong self-motivation.

Proficiency requirements:

Develop visual solutions & materials for different communication channels and media.

Take part in the development of creative concepts and communication strategies within creative team.

Take part in developing scripts for videos, shooting process, post-production, etc.

Assign tasks for in-house designers as well outsourcers, supervision and control.

Prepare visual materials for presenting ideas both for inner and client meetings.

Search for references, compose moodboards and prepare other visual materials for defining visual essence of the idea for client and outsourcers.

Present ideas to client within creative team and on your own.

What will be a plus:

24 – 35 years old;

Education in Arts;

Optimistic, professional, adaptive to do something new every day;

Experience in graphical design;

Experience in web-interface design and UX;

Experience in advertising;

Let your portfolio talk on your behalf.

Technical issues:

Ability to work professionally with:

Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator,MS Office, iWork, Mindjet MindManager,

Understanding principles of:interface programming, HTML, CSS, Adobe Flash / Action Script (2,3),

Indesign, video design (After Effects, Final Cut, editing).
