Senior/Lead Java Developer (Минск, офис)

We are looking for mature Senior/Lead Java developer for Edmunds project – edmunds.com. EPAM team is focused on application and platform development.

We own projects from the beginning to the end, but collaborate on them with Edmunds folks as well. We don’t fix other people bugs, but nobody fixes ours: whatever we create we should support in production.

It’s hard and it’s cool. We work on principle of continuous delivery with a high level of responsibility and are open for new ideas and creative solutions.

Requirements:

Strong tech background in Java + Frameworks (Spring Stack, Restful Web Services, iBatis/MyBatis, GWT/GXT, etc.);

Experience in architecting new systems from the scratch, picking up technologies stack;

Intermediate+ English level;

Pro-active and initiative position;

Experience in leading small development team;

Scrapping, Transformation are nice to have;

TDD understanding and past experience is also welcome;

Client communication is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 3 Java devs (2 D2 and D1) + possibly 1 FED in development of new Autoload initiative (Web Scrapping and storing car data);

Share architectural design skills with other Java teams;

Participate in Innovation initiatives and knowledge sharing.
